Description
Designed for comfort, durability, and functionality, our medical scrubs are made from an 80% polyester and 20% cotton blend, offering the perfect balance of strength, comfort, and breathability. The fabric is lightweight, easy to maintain, and suitable for everyday clinical wear.
The material may release a small amount of excess dye during the first wash, but the colour remains vibrant and does not fade with proper care. While the fabric develops light wrinkles during use, it can be easily ironed for a neat, professional finish.
The scrub top features two front pockets, including one dual-compartment pocket for added convenience. The scrub pants include three pockets, two side pockets and one back pocket, along with an adjustable drawstring waistband for a secure, comfortable fit throughout the day.

Order Processing
All orders are processed upon confirmation and subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, contact number, delivery address, size selection, and customization details.

Advance Payment Policy
All custom-made orders require a 50% advance payment before production begins. First-time customers ordering from outside Karachi may be required to pay an advance amount as communicated by our team before order processing.

Delivery Timelines
Custom orders are estimated to be delivered within 9–15 working days after confirmation of advance payment and final approval of customization details. Non-custom orders are estimated to be delivered within 2–7 working days, subject to stock availability. Timelines may vary due to holidays, courier delays, or production requirements.

Size Selection Responsibility
A size chart is provided for guidance. Customers must review the size chart carefully before placing an order. Wear Med-Gear is not responsible for incorrect size selection made by the customer. Exchanges due to customer-selected sizing may be subject to applicable exchange and delivery charges.

Customization Details
Customers must clearly provide all customization requirements, including name spellings, monogram details, logo files, placement instructions, and embroidery color preferences. Wear Med-Gear will process customization exactly as approved by the customer. Errors caused by incorrect customer-provided information do not qualify for refunds or free replacements.

Color Variation Disclaimer
Product colors may vary slightly from website, social media, or catalogue images due to lighting, device screen settings, and display calibration differences. Minor color variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for return or exchange.

Exchange & Return Policy
Customized products, including embroidered names, logos, monograms, or made-to-order items, are not eligible for return or exchange. If there is a manufacturing defect or an error caused by Wear Med-Gear, the issue will be reviewed and an appropriate solution may be provided.
Non-customized products may be exchanged or returned within 15 days of purchase, subject to inspection. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition. Delivery charges for exchanges and returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the error originated from Wear Med-Gear.

Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started for custom-made items. If a customer refuses delivery, cancels after dispatch, or provides incorrect delivery information resulting in return of the parcel, the customer may be liable for courier charges and applicable production or customization costs.

Cash on Delivery
COD is offered at Wear Med-Gear’s discretion and may not be available for all orders or locations. Customers must ensure availability at the provided delivery address to avoid failed delivery attempts.

Quality Assurance
Every product undergoes quality checks before dispatch. Minor variations in stitching, embroidery positioning, or fabric texture that do not affect functionality are considered acceptable manufacturing tolerances.

Wear Med-Gear reserves the right to revise product prices, delivery charges, promotional offers, and store policies without prior notice. Updated terms apply to future orders placed after the effective date of revision.

Care Instructions
To maintain the quality, color, and longevity of your medical apparel, please follow these care guidelines.
- Use a mild detergent when washing your scrubs or lab coats.
- Avoid strong bleach or harsh chemicals as they may cause discoloration and damage the fabric.
- Do not dry garments in direct sunlight for extended periods, as this may lead to color fading.
- Do not scrub, brush, or rub directly on embroidery, monograms, logos, or printed areas to prevent damage.
- Do not place a hot iron directly on printed customizations, logos, or embroidery.
- Always iron from the reverse side or use a protective cloth.
- Use medium heat when ironing to maintain fabric quality and appearance.
- Wash dark-colored garments separately during the first few washes to prevent color transfer.
- Turn garments inside out before washing to help preserve color, embroidery, and printed designs.
- Machine wash on a gentle cycle or hand wash when possible for best results.
- Do not wring excessively as it may affect the garment’s shape and stitching.
